MEET THE OWNER – BRIAN FLAHERTY
Brian Flaherty, a dedicated entrepreneur in Spring Lake, New Jersey, promotes healthy living and clean home environments. As the owner of Allaire Chem-Dry since 1988, he offers eco-friendly carpet and upholstery cleaning across Monmouth and Ocean counties. Using a unique Hot Carbonating Extraction process, Allaire achieves a deeper clean with less water, allowing carpets to dry in 1-2 hours. Their green-certified cleaning solution, The Natural®, is safe for kids and pets, reflecting Brian’s commitment to health and sustainability.
Additionally, Brian owns Pure Maintenance of Central Jersey, which uses advanced dry-fog technology to remove mold and pathogens, creating safer indoor spaces. He also sells Austin Air purifiers to improve indoor air quality and help with mold toxicity and allergies. A devoted family man, Brian cherishes his daughter Anna Lee and his two Newfoundland dogs. Also of note, this warranty stays with the home, so if you sell, the new buyers will be able to trust in the solution as well. A $999 minimum service charge applies after the first year.
What Does This Mean?
Living Space Warranty: If you see mold growth or are otherwise concerned mold has returned to your living space, we will return and retreat your home or office based on the warranty coverage below.
Within 1 Year – 100% off dry fog re-treatment
After 1 Year – 40% off the initial dry fog rate charged
After 2 Years – 30% off the initial dry fog rate charged
After 3 Years – 20% off the initial dry fog rate charged
After 4+ Years – 10% off the initial dry fog rate charged
Our only requirements of the warranty are:
1. No water intrusion into your home.
Examples of water intrusion include, but are not limited to:
a) Leaking Plumbing
b) Roof leaks
c) Poor window/door seals allowing water into the home
2. No prolonged periods of high humidity or moisture issues. (Over 50% humidity inside the home)
3. The home cannot be left unoccupied for longer than a 30-day period.
4. Our service technicians will perform an air test inside your home.
If the test returns showing new mold growth and all three of the first conditions have been met, we will re-treat. If the test does not show new mold growth there will be a $145 charge for the test.
